Salmon. New Zealand King Salmon served at the Opening night BBQ at Pinot NZ 2013 was one of the “feast for kings” culinary delights served on Day 1. The Day 1 program included an overview of the country’s five key Pinot Noir-growing regions: Central Otago, Marlborough, North Canterbury, Nelson and Wairarapa. The day was capped off with a Welcome Event, appropriately titled “Smoke on the Water”. who needs a glass of Pinot? Stay tuned to Wine Channel TV for more updates!
